1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TCO Global! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites (including www.tcoglobal.org), online courses (including those hosted on platforms like Udemy), newsletters (including Substack publications), digital resources, communities, and other services (collectively, the "Services") offered by The Chosen One Global Evangelistic Ministry (“TCOGEM,” "TCO Global," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

TCO Global provides resources and training focused on equipping believers globally for effective, Spirit-led evangelism. Our Services include, but are not limited to: online video courses (e.g., "Evangelism 101" “Digital Evangelism”), downloadable books and workbooks, blog posts/articles, newsletters, community forums (if applicable), and related content designed for spiritual equipping and encouragement in alignment with our ministry mission.

3. User Accounts

To access certain Services (like courses on specific platforms or community areas), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (username, password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Use of platforms like Udemy or Substack are also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. User Conduct and Use Restrictions

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the mission and values of TCO Global. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Harass, abuse, defame, or harm other users or TCO Global staff.

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

• Transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code.

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

• Violate the intellectual property rights of TCO Global or others.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services for violations of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video lectures, audio clips, books, workbooks, course materials, and software, is the property of TCO Global or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial spiritual growth and equipping purposes only. You may not modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such content without prior written consent.

6. Payments, Donations, and Subscriptions

• Udemy Courses: Enrollment in courses hosted on Udemy is subject to Udemy's own Terms of Use, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy. Payments made through Udemy support TCO Global Ministry.

• Donations: Donations made directly to TCO Global Ministry via our website or other designated channels support our non-profit mission. Donation processing may be handled by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms. Unless otherwise specified, donations are non-refundable.

• Substack Newsletter: Subscriptions to our Substack publication are governed by Substack's terms. If paid tiers or pledges are enabled, those payment terms apply. Free subscriptions provide access as described on the publication.

7. Disclaimers

• Spiritual & Educational Purpose: The content provided through our Services is for spiritual equipping and educational purposes only. It is based on our understanding of Christian scripture and principles.

• No Guaranteed Results: While our goal is to equip you effectively, TCO Global makes no guarantees regarding specific personal outcomes, evangelistic success rates, spiritual growth, or financial results from using our Services. Your results depend on your personal effort, application, reliance on the Holy Spirit, and God's sovereign work.

• Not Professional Advice: The content is not intended as a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, psychological, etc.). Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for such matters. * "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCO Global and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account or subscription according to the procedures of the specific platform (Udemy, Substack) or by contacting us terms@tcoglobal.org.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, and litigation in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect (e.g., via email or a notice on our website). What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
